Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
